I work in software engineering, product, and delivery. My experience spans application development, Agile leadership, team management, and production AI. I focus on simple systems that raise output and reduce friction across teams.
Leading teams, writing code, shipping software
My work covers front end, backend, mobile, and cloud systems. I have led multiple engineering teams and defined stable delivery practices across organizations using Azure DevOps, React, Next.js, .NET, and structured release cycles.
In 2025 I expanded into AI systems architecture. I design and build production AI features including predictive churn scoring, AI-assisted scheduling, intelligent quoting engines, and multi-agent orchestration. I treat AI as engineering, not magic: every AI feature is tested, monitored, explainable, and cost-conscious.
As a software engineering manager at Medical Solutions, I brought AI into how software gets built. I now work independently and run ServBuilder.
The best delivery systems are invisible to teams
Rather than heavy process, I use lightweight frameworks that teams use: sprint templates that take minutes, refinement sessions with clear agendas, and automation that removes repetitive work. When the process works, engineers solve problems instead of fighting bureaucracy.
